The Philippine Express is a small lunch kitchen with an attached little Asian food mart. They are only open for lunch and have different menu's everyday, with Sunday being the day with the most choices.
My husband is Filipino and he LOVED IT! He said it was like going home to a family lunch where there was lots of fresh food. We both got the rib plate with Lumpia. So yummy. Paul also got some of the chicken soup to take home: it was a sour soup, but he said it was just like his mom used to make it.
We can't wait to take his mom when she comes into town for visit.
