Much has been said here but............ On a late morning, more like brunch, I love the Elvis and a bootlegged coffee from the next door Starbucks yum yum. Life is good with all this and a newspaper to read. All their sandwiches are excellent and I hope they are in the neighborhood for a long time to come.

Dean is correct, Vine Bakery is now our prime partner bakery providing TB2G with their Country-white Sourdough, Rosemary, 50/50 Multigrain and Pumpernickel breads. Flourpot Bakery provides our Gluten Free loaf breads and cookies as well as vegan treats.

    Thanks Mike!

+ I left Gainesville over a year ago for Nashville. I think about John's amazing sandwiches and Debra's healthy soups all the time. Going back this fall. I definitely must stop by.

You make a good point Dean! I believe the statement you mentioned was accurate when this feature was written. They might be using different bakeries now.

I do not think your claim of flour pot providing all of their bread is accurate my friend!

In a year, we've never once been disappointed with anything we've gotten at TBTG. Fresh food, artfully and lovingly prepared while you wait into an unforgettable meal.

I will be sure to stop by next week to try them out. The Sandwiches sound wonderful!
One test of a great restaurant is their iced tea. Fresh daily and never refrigerated is the way to go.

Just ate there today, and loved the Sadie sandwich, made with tempeh and fresh sauerkraut. Yum!
